Atlant release defenceman Daniel Fernholm

Atlant Mytishchi terminated the contract with their Swedish defenceman Daniel Fernholm by mutual agreement, according to the club’s official website.

During the 2011-12 season the 27 year-old Swede took part in 10 matches, scoring no more points and ending up with a plus-minus statistic of «-4».

Fernholm has left three clubs in less than two seasons – these are Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, Dinamo Minsk, and Atlant Mytishchi.
