Alexei Kovalev will leave Pittsburgh Penguins
Pittsburgh Penguins general manager Ray Shero said he has no plans of re-signing contracts with forwards Alexei Kovalev and Mike Comrie.
«We are not going to return Comrie and Kovalev to the team.
«At the same time, I had talks with Craig Adams. We’d like to re-sign him but at this point it’s not quite there. But we’d like to have him back, and he’d like to be back. Everything’s very cordial.
«I also do not exclude the possibility of returning other free agents to the team. I mean Talbot, Dupuis, Rapp, Esham, Godard, and Conner», said Shero according to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
It was reported lately that Kovalev can continue his career in SKA St. Petersburg.
